City Palace Udaipur
Perched on the eastern banks of Lake Pichola, Udaipur's City Palace is grandeur personified. This majestic palace was built by various generations of Sisodia Rajputs, starting over 400 years ago. The architecture of the palace features a perfect blend of European, Medieval and Chinese influences. Constructed using pure white marble and granite, it houses 11 palaces within the sprawling complex. The interiors include cupolas, towers, and balconies which are adorned with mirror-work, marble work, coloured glass, ornamental tile-work, murals, wall-paintings etc. The palace terrace offers a fascinating view of Lake Pichola which is truly a feast for the eyes. This is the largest palace complex in the entire state of Rajasthan; a large part of it is now a museum.
Saheliyon ki Bari
Lying on the banks of Fateh Sagar Lake, Saheliyon ki Bari is an alluring garden famous for its natural beauty. The garden was built by Maharana Sangram Singh in the 18th century and gifted by the Maharana to his wife as a retreat to relax. The striking rain fountains, marvellous marble elephant structures and a museum of beautiful paintings and artifacts are the major attractions of this garden. A leisurely stroll around this velvety and lush garden adorned with splendid architecture makes it a perfect tourist spot to enjoy some tranquility.
Maharana Pratap Smarak
The splendid complex of Maharana Pratap Memorial is a historical site dedicated to the dauntless king of Mewar- Maharana Pratap Singh. Situated on an excellent location, atop the Moti Margi or the Pearl Mountain that overlooks the Fateh Sagar Lake. In Hindi, the site is known as 'smarak' which is a memorial constructed for a loved one. It features a colossal bronze statue of Maharana Pratap balanced on his devout horse, Chetak. It is believed that Chetak was extremely faithful to its master and stood by him till the last breath. The statue has also been featured in Bollywood movies and makes for an outstanding spot for photography enthusiasts
Museum of Folks Art
The Museum of Folk Art is a cultural institution and museum based in Udaipur. It’s engaged in the study of folk art, culture, songs and festivals of Rajasthan, Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh. It exhibits an exclusive collection of articles including masks, puppets, dolls, etc
Vintage Car Museum
The Vintage Car Museum is an ideal place for any automobile enthusiast to visit. It houses a charming collection of vintage and heritage cars, all belonging to the Royal family of Udaipur. The museum offers a window into the past and the elite lifestyle of the rulers of the Mewar dynasty. All the cars are over 70 years old, but kept in perfect working condition. Rolls-Royce, Cadillacs, Ford-A Convertible, Vauxhaul-12, and MG-TC convertible are some of the antique automobiles that one can find here. Within the premises is a restaurant offering Thali meals as well.
Crystal Gallery
Located inside the beautiful Fateh Prakash Palace, the Crystal Gallery is famous for being home to one of the most extravagant private collection of crystals in the world. Maharaja Sajjan Singh ordered these Osler crystals from England in 1877 for setting up the beautiful gallery. Though the king did not live to see the gallery himself, however, it is now a popular venue for hosting royal weddings, parties, festivals, and meetings. Placed inside the Darbar Hall of Fateh Prakash Palace, a visit to this gallery is an experience of a lifetime. Exhibiting the richest diversity of crystals in the form of chairs, sofas, chandeliers, tables and even beds. Visitors please note that photography is strictly prohibited inside the gallery.
Boat Ride at Lake Pichola

Enjoy a shared boat ride on the beautiful Lake Pichola with your loved ones. After you board the boat, head out on the glistening water and admire the heritage buildings and bathing ghats that surround the lake. Sail past the beautiful City Palace and marvel at the arched Tripola Gate of the Gangur Ghat. Note: You are required to reach the City Palace boat jetty on your own.

Fateh Sagar Lake
Fateh Sagar Lake is one of the most beautiful artificial lakes in Udaipur. Surrounded by the majestic Aravali Hills, it is connected to Lake Pichola by a canal and houses three islands. The largest island is known as Nehru Park and is popular with tourists; the second island has a public park which has some beautiful picnic spots, and the third island is home to the Udaipur Solar Observatory, the largest observatory in Asia. The lake is famous for its scenic beauty which one can enjoy through boat rides or while driving on the Moti Magri Road.
Sajjangarh Palace
Famous for its aesthetic beauty, Sajjangarh Palace, also known as the Monsoon Palace, is one of the glorious monuments of Rajasthan. It was built by the warrior King Sajjan Singh in the 19th century as an observatory to follow the progress of monsoon clouds. The palace is situated on a hilltop overlooking many beautiful lakes and offers a breathtaking panoramic view of Udaipur City. Occasionally you can also spot a deer, monkey, peacock, nilgai, and other enchanting wildlife that resides in the hills.
